Barilla’s latest line of premium pasta–Al Bronzo–is the culmination of the finest ingredients combined with a bronze cut process resulting in the most extraordinary sauce grip.
And in April 2024, we pushed ourselves to elevate the pasta eating experience even further by looking (or listening?) outside the box–to the science of cross sensory stimulation.
With the help of Oxford Sensory Psychologist Charles Spence and Emmy Award winning composer Cristobal Tapia de Veer we created the first of its kind “sonic seasoning soundtrack.” Employing the power of sound and music to amplify the pasta eating experience.
